Recently the Wall Street Journal published an article titled "NSA warns cellphone location data could pose a national security threat." In 2019 the New York Times had published a series of articles on this topic as well, and the Pentagon and Department of Defense have been tackling this problem since the NYT articles. This is a topic of significance. The majority of people don't realize or are uninformed about this issue. There is another data collection method that can also be utilized to geolocate a cell phone. This is called ADINT and is the process of gathering information through the virtual advertising environment. The University of Washington's Paul G.
